Amanda L. Betley very kindly tweeted “@ChrsthpherReynaga I loved the Grand Complication. Wonderful idea and a great story” and “I enjoyed it a lot. When do we get to read your next one and where can I find it?”

It’s so kind of you to say so, Amanda. The best place to start looking for what’s available right now is the 2014 Campbellian Anthology just released by M. David Blake. Two of my stories from 2013 are in the anthology. The aforementioned The Grande Complication” which won first place in in WOTF #29 and “Say Goodbye to the Little Girl Tree” published in GigaNotoSaurus.

Don’t just look for my stories however. There is a lot of incredible fiction packed in the anthology this year, including work by Alissa Alering, Erik Bear, Tina Gower, Marina J Lostetter, EC Meyers, Chrome Oxide, Shannon Peavey, Stephen Sottong, Brian Trent… I can’t even count all of the excellent writers in this massive collection. This is the annual anthology showcasing writers who are eligible for the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer, and it’s completely free to download. I am really honored to be among the eligible authors this year.

Additionally, if you missed the podcast production of  “I Only Am Escaped Alone to Tell Thee” that came out in January, you can listen to it at the Drabblecast. This has to be one of the most amazing things I had come out last year. The voice work and sound effects are incredible. I recommend the Drabblecast in general as one of the best fiction podcasts out there to listen to.

As far as what’s coming out next and where you can find it — I have a couple of stories due out soon:

I’ll announce their release as soon as I know the dates. Lately I’ve been hard at work on book-length projects. I finished one novel and am currently halfway through another, and I’m starting up the new podcast: The Magical Reality, but it is one of my goals to get more short fiction out this year. Thank you, all, for enjoying the ride.
